It has long been suspected that we might all be a bit geeky at Nomad.  And finally here is the evidence in the form of this weeks swing which has been finely crafted by Scott’s fair hands.  The model aircraft was the studio’s birthday present to him this year and after a number of weeks building it he has declared it finished.  (He was concerned he would mess the paint work up so left it unpainted in a minimalist type way)

As for the aircraft itself Scott tells us that Misquitos were a multi-role aircraft that served during the WWII.  The most unusual thing about them was their timber construction.  This made them one of the fastest aircraft of the time as well as the nickname ‘The wooden wonder’.
